Claudia P Studio ships in Italy and to selected international destinations.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise stated for a specific product, pre-order or high-demand period.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier and customs procedures. Available destinations, delivery options and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Prices, VAT, Duties & Taxes

Prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable. In markets where VAT or other indirect taxes are not applicable or are not included in the displayed price under local rules, applicable taxes, duties or import charges may be calculated at checkout or requested upon arrival in the destination country.

Returns

We hope you love your Claudia P Studio piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable law and the conditions set out in our Returns Policy.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition. Personalized or clearly made-to-order pieces may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
